    • If you need to change something in your order, please contact us immediately. Usually we process orders within 15-20 minutes, and once we have processed the order, we will not be able to make any changes.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes you can! After placing the order, you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. Each order commences production 15-20 minutes from placing the order.

  • How long does it take until the order is ready?

    Orders are generally ready within 30-40 minutes of order placement / confirmation, so you have time to come and pick up your order

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    You do not have to create an account.But having an account you can buy more easily, you have the opportunity to create and send a wish list and a personalized shopping experience.
